Technically? No one. We run as a heterarchy, not a hierarchy. But somebody laid the first stones: Julie Kristineis the Academy’s founder and systems weaver. She built the courses, challenges, media, and community that hold it all together.

You are. Every person who finds their way here is the main character of their own story, not because they’re perfect, healed, or enlightened, but because they showed up. That’s enough to start. We build for it on purpose. As of August 8, 2026, the Academy aims to structure events in ways that are inclusive and safe for anyone at any part of their journey, and we will continue to weave trauma-informed care into our community. Every gathering is a marked container: ages, depth, flow, and agreements posted before you say yes, because we believe the more informed you are, the safer you can feel.
The whole trail map lives in the Container Field Guide, and the Code of Ethics is the ground beneath it. We will keep learning and growing together, with grace and patience.
The old traditions’ map of how energy moves: twelve laws, Divine Oneness through Gender, each one an observation rather than a commandment, and each with a way to live it. We teach them side by side with a gentle, no-equations introduction to quantum physics, because logic and light belong in the same room. Meet them at the 12 laws of the universe.
Emphatically yes. The Academy is a neuro spicy, divergent friendly playground: different minds are not merely accommodated here, they are expected and celebrated. We aim to assure our practitioners are well versed in assisting a wide range of humans, and many of our team memberscarry a “Neurodivergent friendly” badge on the roster so you can find them at a glance.
Go at your own pace. Exits are always allowed, sharing is always opt-in, and “pass” is a complete sentence. We do operate on frequencies.
