Root Chakra ▸The foundation everything else is built on. We begin in the body: grounded, rooted, learning what it means to feel safe, stable, embodied, and to belong. Element of Earth, seat of survival, family, and tribe.Sacral Chakra ▸The move into feeling: the messy, necessary work of shame, boundaries, pleasure, and abundance. Element of Water, seat of emotion, creativity, and flow.Solar Plexus Chakra ▸The rise into power: worthiness, courage, confidence, and the courage to be exactly who we are. Element of Fire, seat of identity and will.Heart Chakra ▸Cracking open the heart through grief, forgiveness, compassion, and joy. Element of Air, seat of love, connection, and the bridge between body and spirit.Throat Chakra ▸Finding our voice: speaking truth, living with integrity, expressing what's been held in, and learning what silence can teach. Element of Sound, seat of truth and expression.Third Eye Chakra ▸Developing our sight: trusting intuition, sharpening discernment, letting imagination and wisdom lead. Element of Light, seat of perception.Crown Chakra ▸Expanding into something larger than ourselves: surrender, gratitude, purpose, transcendence.
