Nothing is more frustrating than finding the perfect program and discovering it serves a county three states away. Every resource here carries a badge: Anywhere means it reaches you by phone, text, or web from wherever you are. Local means it serves a specific city or state, and the place is printed right on the card.
Right now the list holds 22 that reach anywhere and 56 local to one state, with the Salt Lake City area covered in the most depth. That balance shifts as people send in what serves their own neighborhoods.
Nobody should have to already know where to look.
Hours and phone numbers change, especially at the small pantries, so call ahead when you can. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will update it.
Please note: every organization listed here is independent of the Academy of Logic and Light. We share this list as information only. We do not operate, fund, supervise, or endorse these organizations, we make no guarantee about the services they provide or their availability, and we are not responsible for your experience with them. Confirm the details directly with any organization before you rely on them, and use your own judgment about what is right for you and your family. Nothing here is medical, legal, or financial advice. Four days in the Utah mountains for adult women healing from childhood sexual abuse, and it is free. Not reduced, not sliding-scale, free: trauma education, evidence-based coping tools, support groups, yoga, art, mindfulness, meals, and a bed, covered entirely by Saprea and their donors. Women apply from all over, and the only cost you carry is getting yourself to the Salt Lake City airport.
Sharing is optional the entire time. You take part at your own pace, and nobody will ask you to tell your story out loud to qualify for care. Retreats run year-round, several times a month, and the location is kept private for the safety of everyone there.
