The Hero’s Journey
Every great journey has a shape. This one follows the rainbow.
We begin in the body: grounded, rooted, learning what it means to feel safe and belong. We move into feeling: the messy, necessary work of shame, boundaries, pleasure, and abundance. We rise into power: worthiness, courage, confidence, and the courage to be exactly who we are.
We crack open the heart through grief, forgiveness, compassion, and joy. We find our voice: speaking truth, living with integrity, expressing what’s been held in. We develop our sight: trusting intuition, sharpening discernment, letting imagination and wisdom lead.
We expand into something larger than ourselves: surrender, gratitude, purpose, transcendence. And then we return. We land. We integrate. We mark what this year built.
Every Sunday, one topic drops. One week to sit with it, reflect on it, share it. Thirty-five weeks. Root to Crown and back to earth, changed.
One journey back to you.
Your brain already walks two roads at once: the left hemisphere leaning on logic, language, and sequence; the right on imagery, intuition, and the whole picture. This journey honors both. Logic is the root: grounded, practical, first things first. Light is the crown: meaning, magick, the view from the top. The Hero's journey begins not with a grand decision but with a quiet yes. This phase is simply about showing up: finding the door and stepping through it.

Hero’s Checkpoint Travel Notes
