Every certification is offered through virtual instruction with flexible learning options, allowing you to choose the experience that best fits your schedule and learning style through personalized 1:1 instruction or an intimate group setting.
Choose the format that fits
Each Reiki Certification level, from Reiki I and Reiki II to Reiki III Master, may be completed in one of the following formats.
A supportive learning experience that allows time to integrate the teachings, practice techniques, and deepen your understanding while receiving guidance throughout your journey.
Complete your certification during one immersive 7-hour Saturday experience. The additional hour allows time for breaks throughout the day while still providing a focused and complete certification experience.
Complete your certification over two days with 3.5-hour sessions each day. The additional time allows for breaks while providing a comfortable pace for learning, discussion, and practice.
Whichever format you choose, you will receive the same certification, Reiki attunement, training manual, hands-on practice, certificate, and personalized support throughout your Reiki journey.

Every student’s journey is unique, which is why Reiki Certification is offered through both intimate group settings and personalized 1:1 instruction. You do not need prior experience with energy healing to begin. Reiki meets you where you are, allowing you to strengthen your energetic awareness, deepen your intuitive connection, and develop the confidence to work with Reiki energy for yourself and others.
Each certification level builds upon the previous one, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of Reiki energy, healing techniques, spiritual growth, and your own relationship with this powerful healing practice.
Your certification experience
Your Reiki Certification begins by creating a strong foundation of understanding, connection, and confidence. Each level is carefully designed to guide you through the history, principles, energetic understanding, and hands-on practice of Reiki.
Throughout your virtual certification, you will learn how Reiki energy flows, how to connect with universal life force energy, and how to confidently channel Reiki as a practitioner. Through teaching, discussion, guided practice, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, you will develop a deeper awareness of energy and how Reiki supports healing, balance, and transformation.
Each Reiki Certification includes a Reiki attunement, allowing you to strengthen your connection with Reiki energy and deepen your ability to channel and work with this healing modality.
Whether you choose the six-week certification, one-day intensive, or weekend experience, you will receive the same comprehensive instruction, attunement, certification, training manual, and ongoing support. The only difference is the pace at which you choose to learn.
Every Reiki journey unfolds differently, and my role is to create a supportive virtual learning environment where you can build confidence, strengthen your intuitive awareness, and fully step into your ability to work with Reiki.
Reiki I (Shoden)
Your Reiki journey begins with learning the history, foundational principles, and energetic understanding of Reiki healing. This level focuses on opening and strengthening the body's natural energy channels while introducing you to the flow of universal life force energy.
During this certification, you will learn how energy moves through the body and how Reiki flows through the practitioner to support healing, balance, and energetic alignment.
Upon receiving your Reiki I attunement and certification, you will be able to channel Reiki energy for self-healing as well as provide in-person Reiki sessions for others.
Reiki I focuses on:

Reiki II (Okuden)
Reiki II deepens your connection to Reiki energy while introducing the sacred Reiki symbols and more advanced healing techniques.
At this level, you will learn to channel Reiki energy with greater intention while expanding your intuitive awareness and energetic sensitivity.
You will be introduced to distance Reiki techniques, allowing Reiki energy to be sent across time and space for emotional, energetic, and spiritual support. This level also explores deeper emotional healing, energetic patterns, chakra imbalances, and how energy can influence emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Reiki II focuses on:
- The sacred Reiki symbols and their meanings
- Distance Reiki healing

Reiki III / Reiki Master (Shinpiden)
The Reiki Master level represents a profound commitment to spiritual growth, healing, and energetic mastery.
At this level, you will experience a deeper connection to Reiki energy while continuing to strengthen your intuition, energetic awareness, healing abilities, and spiritual growth.
You will receive the Reiki Master Symbol while learning advanced Reiki healing techniques and how to hold space for others in a grounded, supportive, and empowered way.
Known as the Teacher Level, Reiki Master Certification also provides guidance on how to teach Reiki and perform attunements for future students, allowing you to continue sharing Reiki healing with others.
Reiki III Master focuses on:

Do I need prior experience with Reiki or energy healing?
No. You do not need any prior experience with Reiki or energy work to begin your Reiki Certification. Reiki meets you where you are, allowing you to develop your awareness, confidence, and connection with energy step by step.
Can Reiki Certification be completed virtually?
Yes. Reiki Certification is offered virtually, allowing you to learn, practice, and receive your attunement from wherever you are. Reiki energy is not limited by distance, and your certification experience is designed to provide the same guidance, practice, and support in a virtual setting.
As part of Reiki II Certification, you will also be introduced to distance Reiki techniques, expanding your understanding of how Reiki energy can be shared beyond physical space. This allows students to deepen their practice and experience the many ways Reiki can support emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing.
What is a Reiki attunement?
A Reiki attunement is a sacred process that supports your connection to Reiki energy and allows you to deepen your ability to channel and work with Reiki. Each certification level includes an attunement to support your continued growth and practice.
Can I practice Reiki after completing Reiki I?
Yes. Upon completing Reiki I Certification, you will be able to practice Reiki for yourself as well as provide in-person Reiki sessions for others.
Reiki II builds upon this foundation by introducing the sacred Reiki symbols and distance Reiki techniques, expanding your ability to work with Reiki energy.
Do I need to complete each Reiki level right away?
No. Your Reiki journey unfolds at your own pace. While the Practitioner Path and Master Path allow you to receive Academy Pathway Pricing, there is no requirement to immediately continue into the next level.
After each attunement, it is recommended that you allow time for integration and personal practice. Many Reiki practitioners choose to complete the traditional 21-day Reiki self-healing and integration period before moving into the next level, giving themselves space to connect with the energy, practice Reiki, and experience their own growth.
You may continue to the next certification when you feel ready and when you feel called to deepen your Reiki practice.
What is included in my Reiki Certification?
Each certification includes virtual instruction and guided learning, a Reiki attunement, certification training materials, guided teaching, discussion, and demonstrations, learning Reiki techniques for self-practice and working with others, opportunities to practice and integrate Reiki techniques, a certificate upon completion, and personalized support throughout your Reiki journey.
Do I have to become a Reiki practitioner after certification?
No. Many students choose Reiki for their own personal healing, spiritual growth, and to support themselves and their loved ones. Others feel called to share Reiki professionally.

How do I know which Reiki Certification option is right for me?
Reiki Certification is a progressive journey, and each level builds upon the one before it. Students begin with Reiki I Certification and complete each level in order: Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki III Master.
Reiki I creates the foundation for your Reiki practice, Reiki II expands your connection and introduces more advanced techniques, and Reiki III Master guides you into deeper practice, mastery, and the ability to teach and perform attunements.
