Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that supports the mind, body, and spirit by encouraging balance and activating the body’s natural ability to heal. Many people seek Reiki for emotional support, stress reduction, physical discomfort, surgery recovery, spiritual growth, or simply because they know something doesn’t feel quite right.
Reiki is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. It is a healing practice that supports your overall well-being, and can be received alongside traditional medical care.
No two sessions are ever the same, because no two people are the same.
Every Reiki practitioner brings their own experience, gifts, and approach to a session. As an intuitive empath, I naturally feel, see, hear, and receive intuitive guidance throughout your session. Rather than following a routine, I allow your energy to guide the healing. Every crystal, every chakra, every intuitive message, and every piece of guidance unfolds specifically for you and what your mind, body, and spirit are ready to work through that day.
My goal isn’t simply to provide a Reiki session. It’s to help you understand what your session means and how it connects to your everyday life, creating clarity, healing, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
Intuitively chosen crystal healing
Crystals are an important part of my Reiki sessions. I intuitively select each crystal based on what your mind, body, and spirit are asking to receive that day.
Each crystal carries its own unique energy and purpose: some offer grounding and stability, while others support emotional healing, confidence, protection, clarity, physical comfort, heart healing, spiritual connection, or restoring energetic balance. The crystals chosen for your session become part of your personalized healing experience, working alongside Reiki to support the areas that need your attention most.
Chakra balancing
Your chakras are energy centers that influence your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. During your session, your energy guides me, naturally bringing forward the chakras that are asking for healing and support.
As Reiki begins restoring balance, this is often when I start receiving intuitive images, messages, emotions, physical sensations, or a deep knowing connected to your healing. These insights aren’t random. I see them as communication from your soul or Spirit, bringing awareness to what is asking to be seen, understood, or healed. My role is to help you interpret those messages and connect them to your everyday life in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
Your soul communicates through the healing
Every Reiki session is about more than simply releasing energy or restoring balance. As your session unfolds, it’s not uncommon for your soul to begin communicating through the healing. What comes through is unique to you and may bring a deeper understanding of who you are, what you’re moving through, or what you’re ready to heal.
For some, that communication may come through intuitive gifts you’ve questioned, sensitivities you’ve spent years trying to ignore, strengths you’ve forgotten, meaningful messages, or simply a deeper connection with yourself.
My role isn’t to tell you who you are. It’s to remind you of who you are.
Through the guidance that comes forward during your session, my hope is that you leave with greater clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself. When we reconnect with who we truly are, we naturally begin moving through life with greater clarity, confidence, purpose, and ease.
Your personalized Soul Map of Guidance
Every Reiki session includes your own personalized Soul Map of Guidance, typically delivered within 2 to 5 days after your session. This isn’t simply a recap of what I saw, felt, heard, or the crystals that were chosen.
Your Soul Map includes an in-depth explanation of the intuitive guidance received during your session, the metaphysical properties of the crystals that were intuitively chosen, chakra healing support, key themes that emerged during your healing, affirmations, journal prompts, simple daily practices, aftercare recommendations, and practical ways to continue supporting your healing long after your session has ended.
Your Soul Map explains the intuitive images, messages, emotions, physical sensations, and energetic themes that came through during your healing. It also shares why specific crystals were intuitively selected, how the guidance connects to your chakras, and, most importantly, how it may be showing up in your everyday life.
Sometimes the messages received during a session don’t fully make sense until days, weeks, or even months later. Your Soul Map gives you something meaningful to return to as your healing continues to unfold, often revealing new layers of understanding each time you read it.
Before you leave your session, we’ll go over the intuitive images, messages, emotions, and guidance that came through during your healing. Your personalized Soul Map then brings everything together in greater depth, giving you a meaningful guide to return to as your healing continues to unfold.
Your session experience
There isn’t a script or routine that every session follows, because no two people are the same. Once you’re comfortable and relaxed, I simply begin. I listen to your energy, follow where it’s leading, and trust the guidance that comes through. Your session unfolds naturally, revealing exactly what your mind, body, and spirit are ready to work on that day.
Some clients come with a specific area of their life they’d like to focus on, while others simply know they’re being called to schedule a session but aren’t quite sure why. Both experiences are equally meaningful, because your energy always knows where to begin.
As your session progresses, I receive intuitive images, messages, emotions, physical sensations, and a deep knowing. Together with Reiki, crystal healing, and chakra balancing, these insights create a clearer picture of what your soul is communicating and where healing is taking place.
Every session is unique because every person, every healing journey, and every message that comes through is unique. The intuitive guidance I receive during each session is specific to you and becomes the foundation of your personalized Soul Map of Guidance.

What if I’ve never had Reiki before?
Whether this is your first Reiki session or you’ve experienced energy healing before, you’re welcome exactly as you are. There is nothing you need to prepare or know beforehand. Simply come with an open mind and allow your session to unfold naturally.
Do virtual Reiki sessions work as well as in-person sessions?
Yes. Reiki is not limited by distance, and the healing experience remains just as powerful whether your session is virtual or in person. The intuitive guidance, energy work, and your personalized Soul Map are all provided with the same care and intention.
What if I don’t feel anything during my session?
Every person experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel warmth, tingling, emotions, or deep relaxation, while others simply feel peaceful or may not notice much physically at all. Reiki is still working, even if your experience looks different from someone else’s. Often, the insights and shifts continue unfolding long after the session has ended.
Can Reiki be done alongside medical treatment?
Yes. Reiki is a complementary healing practice that can be received alongside traditional medical care. It is never intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice or treatment, but many people choose Reiki as additional support for their overall well-being.
How soon will I receive my Soul Map?
Your personalized Soul Map of Guidance is thoughtfully created after your session so I can fully process the intuitive guidance that came through. Because every Soul Map is unique and created specifically for you, it’s typically completed within a few days, allowing me the time to thoughtfully bring everything together with the care and attention your session deserves.
