Breathwork Disclaimer Snake Breathing is a breath and energy awareness practice developed through Sam Kruk’s remembering, personal meditation, study, and embodied experience. Alongside it, Sam practices Elemental Breathing, a complementary breathwork system that integrates intentional breathing with movement. While these are distinct practices, they are used together as part of Sam’s personal martial art and energetic discipline.
Sam Kruk and the Academy of Logic and Light approach these practices with respect, humility, and reverence, along with the intention of supporting personal awareness, presence, and connection. The purpose of these sessions is to create a space for self-exploration, nervous system awareness, and intentional energetic practice. Individual experiences vary, and participants may notice physical sensations, emotional responses, or shifts in their personal awareness.
The sounds produced during Snake Breathing may range from soft and calming to loud and intense. For some participants, these sounds may feel unfamiliar, while others might feel a familiarity or calm. If a participant is unfamiliar with their shadows (grief, shame, guilt, fear, or a feeling of lack), then these emotions may be evoked during the session, and will be evoked if an intention is set to clear these blocks out of the participant’s field. These responses are personal and unique to each individual.
By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you may encounter emotional or psychological discomfort as per the set intention. Participation is entirely voluntary, and you are encouraged to listen to your body, communicate your needs, and modify or stop the practice at any time.
This practice is intended for educational, personal growth, and wellness purposes only.
