My approach is centered around connection, evidence, and allowing your loved one’s unique energy to come forward. I honor your intention for the session while allowing Spirit to guide the communication in the way it is meant to unfold.

As I connect with Spirit, I receive information that helps identify who is communicating. This may include memories, personality traits, physical characteristics, shared experiences, relationships, meaningful details, and other pieces of evidence that help you recognize your loved one.

Sometimes the connection becomes so strong that I simply become the channel through which your loved one communicates. Their personality, emotions, expressions, humor, and even their way of speaking can come through so clearly that it feels as though they are speaking directly to you.

Every Messages From Heaven session begins with a brief conversation. We’ll talk about who you are hoping to connect with, answer any questions you may have, and help you feel comfortable before we begin.

Once your session begins, I connect with Spirit and allow the communication to flow. I share what I receive as the connection develops, including memories, personality traits, images, emotions, physical sensations, meaningful details, and messages from your loved one.

You are welcome to confirm information, share memories, and ask questions as the reading unfolds. Often, the details that come through help create a deeper understanding and recognition of the person communicating.
