Your sensitivity isn’t the problem. Not understanding it is. A mentorship for the ones who feel everything and are ready to stop losing themselves in it.

There was a time when I thought feeling everything was just something I had to live with. I didn’t have the words to explain why I could walk into a room and immediately feel the energy shift. Why certain people completely drained me while others didn’t. Why my mood could suddenly change without warning. Why I carried the emotions of the people I loved as if they were my own.
For years, I thought everyone experienced life this way. They don’t.
If you’ve ever felt emotionally exhausted without understanding why… if you’ve questioned whether the emotions you’re feeling are actually yours… if you’ve always known you experience the world differently but couldn’t quite explain it… I want you to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there.
And that’s exactly why I created this mentorship. Not because I have all the answers, but because I understand what it’s like to live this way, and I know how life can change when you finally begin to understand yourself.
One of the biggest misconceptions about being an empath is believing that feeling everything is simply the price you pay for caring so deeply. I don’t believe that’s true.
Being an empath doesn’t mean you’re meant to carry everyone else’s pain. It doesn’t mean you’re responsible for fixing every problem. It doesn’t mean putting everyone else’s needs before your own. And it certainly doesn’t mean living in a constant state of emotional exhaustion.
Your sensitivity isn’t the problem. Not understanding it is.
The more you understand how your empathy naturally shows up, the easier it becomes to recognize what’s yours, what isn’t, and why certain people or environments affect you so deeply. Together, we’ll explore how your empathy shows up in your everyday life, why certain people or situations leave you feeling drained, and how you can respond differently, without losing the compassion that makes you who you are.
We’ll also discover the different ways empathic abilities can show up, because no two empaths experience the world exactly the same way. As you begin understanding your own unique gifts, things that once felt confusing often begin making sense. Instead of feeling like your sensitivity controls your life… you’ll begin realizing it’s one of your greatest strengths.
Looking back, I can see the signs were always there. I was the person people naturally opened up to. I could sense when something wasn’t right, even when no one said a word. I felt the emotions of the people around me so deeply that, at times, I couldn’t tell where they ended and I began. For a long time, I thought that was just part of who I was.
It wasn’t until I began exploring my own spiritual journey that I realized there was another way. I learned that I could be compassionate without carrying someone else’s pain. I could support people without trying to save them. I could protect my own energy without closing my heart.
That realization changed the way I experienced my life. It also changed the way I serve others. Because I don’t believe you’re here to become someone different.
I believe you’re here to understand who you’ve been all along. That’s the heart of this mentorship.
One of the biggest fears I hear is: “I don’t want to lose the part of me that cares so deeply.” Neither do I. Your sensitivity isn’t something to get rid of. It’s one of the most beautiful parts of who you are.
The goal isn’t to harden your heart. It’s to strengthen your foundation. To understand why you feel what you feel. To recognize when you’re carrying something that isn’t yours. To create healthy boundaries without guilt. To stop believing you have to earn your worth by always being the one who gives.
Being an empowered empath doesn’t mean you stop caring. It means you finally learn how to care for yourself with the same love you’ve so freely given everyone else.
Every empath experiences the world differently. Some people primarily feel the emotions of others. Some experience physical sensations that don’t seem to belong to them. Some receive intuitive knowing, vivid dreams, or simply walk into a room and know something feels “off.” Many experience a combination of these.
Together, we’ll discover how your empathic abilities naturally show up. We’ll talk about the patterns you’ve noticed throughout your life. The moments that have left you questioning yourself. The situations that leave you feeling emotionally or energetically depleted. And the experiences that have never quite made sense.
As we begin connecting the dots, you’ll start recognizing that many of the things you’ve questioned about yourself aren’t flaws. They’re clues, clues that help you better understand the unique way you experience the world. Once you understand those patterns, you can begin responding to them differently. And that’s where real transformation begins.
Imagine walking into a room without immediately absorbing everyone else’s emotions. Imagine being able to support the people you love without feeling responsible for carrying their pain. Imagine recognizing when an emotion isn’t yours before it takes over your day. Imagine saying “no” without guilt. Imagine trusting yourself instead of constantly second-guessing what you’re feeling.
That kind of peace isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself in a way you never have before. You’ll recognize your triggers before they become overwhelming. You’ll become more aware of your own energy and better able to separate it from the energy of others. You’ll begin creating healthy boundaries from a place of self-respect instead of fear. You’ll stop apologizing for needing time to recharge. You’ll feel more grounded, more present, and more confident in your relationships, your work, and your everyday life.
Being an empath isn’t about carrying the weight of the world. It’s about learning how to move through the world without losing yourself in it.
There are plenty of books that explain what an empath is. There are countless videos that describe empathic traits. Information is everywhere. But information doesn’t always create change. Understanding does.
My goal isn’t to overwhelm you with more information. It’s to help you understand yourself. We’ll discover how your empathic abilities naturally show up, identify the patterns that have shaped your life, and develop practical tools you can use every single day. This isn’t about trying to become the “perfect” empath. It’s about becoming more confident in who you already are.
Some people come to me because they’re emotionally exhausted. Some want healthier boundaries. Some are beginning to explore their spiritual gifts. Others simply want to understand why they’ve always felt different. Wherever you are, that’s where we’ll begin. One conversation. One insight. One step at a time.
Our sessions aren’t built around a script or a checklist. They’re built around you: your experiences, your questions, your goals. Some days we’ll talk about boundaries. Other days we may explore relationships, healing old patterns, trusting your intuition, or understanding experiences you’ve carried for years. No two mentorships are ever the same, because no two people are.
I’m not here to tell you who you are. I’m here to help you discover it for yourself. Because that’s where lasting change begins.
Yes, I hope you leave with a better understanding of your empathic abilities. I hope you leave with practical tools you can use every day. I hope you feel more grounded, more confident, and more at peace. But more than anything…
I hope you leave knowing there’s nothing wrong with you. You were never “too much.” You were never “too sensitive.” You simply experienced the world differently.
And once you understand that… everything begins to make sense. My hope is that you leave this mentorship feeling lighter. More confident. More empowered. And finally able to embrace your sensitivity as one of the greatest gifts you’ve ever been given.
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlynn DeVito at Evolving Energy for my Empathic Mentorship. She has a wonderful way of helping people discover their psychic and energetic gifts while also giving the support you need along your path and journey. There were things that I was confused about during this mentorship that she was able to explain and help guide me during this difficult time. If you have or are unsure if you have spiritual gifts, Charlynn can help guide you where you need it. I highly recommend working with her.”
My goal remains the same for every student: to help you strengthen your relationship with Spirit, develop confidence in your own experiences, and trust your unique way of receiving communication. There is no rigid formula and no expectation that your experiences should look like anyone else’s. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation rooted in trust, integrity, discernment, and compassionate guidance, one step at a time.
Not at all. Many people come to me because they've always felt different, but they aren't sure why. Some feel emotionally overwhelmed. Some leave social situations completely exhausted. Some have spent years questioning themselves because they can't explain what they're experiencing.
You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Part of our work together is discovering how your empathy naturally shows up and learning what it means for you.
No. You don't need any previous spiritual experience. Whether you're just beginning to explore your sensitivity or you've been on your spiritual journey for years, we'll meet you exactly where you are.
No. And honestly, I wouldn't want you to. Your sensitivity is one of the most beautiful parts of who you are. This mentorship isn't about becoming less sensitive. It's about learning how to live with your gifts in a way that feels balanced, healthy, and empowering.
No two people experience empathy in exactly the same way. Some people need help understanding what they're feeling. Some need healthier boundaries. Some are learning to trust themselves again. Others are beginning to recognize that their empathy and intuition often work hand in hand.
Every mentorship is shaped around you, your experiences, and where you are in your journey.
That's perfectly okay. You don't need to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We'll begin with a conversation. From there, we'll discover what will best support your growth, one step at a time.
One of the reasons I became a Founding Partner of the Academy of Logic & Light is because its mission aligns so closely with the way I believe spiritual growth should be approached. The Academy is a place where curiosity is welcomed, questions are encouraged, and personal growth is supported with both heart and discernment. It’s never about telling you what to believe. It’s about helping you better understand yourself.
That’s exactly how I approach mentorship. Whether we’re talking about empathy, intuition, or spiritual development, my goal is never to create dependence. My goal is to help you build confidence in yourself, so that you learn to trust your own inner wisdom.
If you’ve spent years wondering why you experience life so differently… if you’ve found yourself carrying emotions that were never yours to carry… if you’ve spent more time taking care of everyone else than you’ve spent taking care of yourself… I want you to know something. You are not too much. You are not too sensitive. And there is nothing wrong with you.
When you understand how your empathy works, everything begins to make more sense. You begin trusting yourself. You stop questioning everything you feel. You learn to create boundaries without guilt. You discover that protecting your energy isn’t selfish. It’s an act of self-respect. Most importantly, you realize your sensitivity was never something you needed to fix. It was something you were always meant to understand.
