A self-audit · science + spirit · no dogma

Am I programmed?

Or am I operating through someone else’s programming system?

How much of what you believe is actually yours? Your ideas about success. Your relationship with money. What you were taught about God. Who you trust. What you fear. What your body should look like. What side you’re supposed to be on. Even the voice you hear inside your own head.

Am I Operating Through Programming? Over 60 questions to ask yourself. Media, Religion, Politics, Algorithm. Awareness is the upgrade.

Your mind. Your code. Your choice.

The complete experience: all four sources unpacked, the 60+ question diagnostic, and the tools to tell your chosen beliefs from your inherited ones. Not a blank hard drive. Conscious code.

First, the good news

Not all programming is bad

Language is programming. Looking both ways before you cross the street is programming. Traditions, skills, values, and lessons passed down by people who loved us can become incredibly useful programs. It kept you safe. It helped you survive. It gave you belonging. The goal was never a blank hard drive: the goal is conscious code. There is a difference between a belief you have consciously chosen and one you have simply never questioned.

Awareness is the upgrade.

Four sources of the code

The self-audit investigates four powerful programmers, one at a time:

Media

What you watch shapes what you believe.

Repetition, advertising, entertainment, news, and cultural narratives quietly set what feels normal, desirable, dangerous, or true.

Religion

What you were taught becomes your truth.

Spiritual teachings can carry real meaning and connection, while institutional systems also shape beliefs about authority, morality, belonging, fear, worthiness, and whether questioning is allowed.

Politics

What you're told about power keeps you in line.

Identity, tribalism, slogans, fear, and group loyalty turn complicated issues into prepackaged belief systems, with your side chosen for you.

Algorithms

What you click reinforces what you think.

Your digital environment learns from what you watch, like, fear, argue with, and linger on, then serves you more of it until the loop feels like the world.

Then, the mirror

The Diagnostic

60+ questions through your thought patterns, emotional responses, habits, relationships, authority, self-image, body, and identity. Questions like:

  • Where did this belief come from?
  • Have I ever actually questioned it?

The Hero's Journey

The audit shows you the code. The journey is where you rewrite it: 35 weekly checkpoints across the chakras, each one a piece of programming met on purpose. Safety, shame, boundaries, worthiness, truth: the exact places the old code was installed become the places you write your own, with live sessions and a community walking it beside you. One checkpoint a week. Conscious code, on purpose, in order.
