Lemurian starseeds
Not a star system: Lemuria (Mu), the legendary heart-centered civilization of a now-submerged Pacific continent, placed in the lore anywhere from 10,000 to 100,000+ years ago.
Lemuria is described as humanity's spiritual golden age: a heart-centered, nature-attuned civilization gifted in telepathy, astral travel, and crystal technology, its people descended from earlier star races. In the lore, Lemurians are the bridge between the cosmic lineages and the Earth itself.
Lemuria fell, by cataclysm in some tellings, at darker hands in others. Before the fall, its priests are said to have seeded their wisdom into crystals: the famed Lemurian seed crystals still prized today. Some survivors, the lore continues, went underground, founding Telos beneath Mount Shasta and joining the inner-Earth realm of Agartha. Lemurian and Atlantean starseeds are considered the most ancient Earth-based souls of all.
