Heart Centered Space

We are committed to creating and maintaining a heart-centered sacred space at the Academy of Logic and Light. Everyone should feel safe, valued, and respected in all our events and classes. To uphold this environment, we will not tolerate:

Malicious intent
Passive-aggressive communication
Gossip or mean-spirited behavior
Misuse of magic or hidden agendas
Any racist, homophobic, sexist, or otherwise disrespectful behavior

If any of these behaviors are observed, they will be addressed immediately to preserve the integrity of our space.

Conflict Resolution

Heart Centered Space

We are dedicated to fostering a healthy and open environment for Conflict Resolution. Should any member experience a conflict, they are encouraged to request a meeting with the Resolution Committee. This can be done by contacting any representative and asking for a meeting.

Our Conflict Resolution Process Includes:

Ensuring that all members, teachers, and students are fully supported and heard.
Decisions are made collectively by representatives and committees, with approval from the board.
Providing information about our Board and Committee Structure upon request.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and open space, where all community members can rely on, trust, and communicate openly with each other. Our goal is for everyone to feel safe, supported, seen, and heard.
